The 2009 Lifetime Achievement Award winners, Emeritus Professors Tony Marsella (University of Hawaii) and Tom Pettigrew (University of California, Santa Cruz) are congratulated by the previous winners (Emeritus Professors Harry Triandis ,University of Illinois and Dan Landis, University of Hawaii) at the 6th Biennial Conference in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. Not at the Conference: Emeritus Professor John Berry, Queens University, the 2005 Winner.  

Professor Hee Sun Park of Michigan State University was the winner of the 2009 Early Career Award and Dr. Vijayan Munusamy of the Center for Creative Leadership in Singapore was the winner of the 2009 Rae and Dr. Dan Landis Outstanding Dissertation Award (Munusamy’s dissertation was entitled “Decoding the meaning of multiculturalism: An international study of Malaysia, Singapore, and Hawai’i).
